Any Feedback You provide regarding Referi may be used by the Company without restriction.
You assign all rights, title, and interest in such Feedback to the Company. Where assignment is not permitted by law, You grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Feedback.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites.
We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge that the Company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of third-party websites.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice, if You violate these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed:
- The amount You paid to the Company through the Service; or
- USD $100 if You have made no purchases through the Service.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to You.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
The Company does not warrant that:
- The Service will meet Your requirements.
- The Service will operate without interruption.
- Errors will be corrected.
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
If You have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the Company.
European Union Users
If You are a resident of the European Union, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the laws of Your country of residence.
United States Federal Government End Users
If You are a U.S. federal government end user, the Service is a “Commercial Item” as defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent that:
- You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo.
- You are not listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
